The flush-fix is non longer compatible with Docker-for-Mac version:

The subdirectory disk/on-flush is no longer present in this version, after doing a git reset --hard in ~/Library/Containers/com.docker.docker/Data/database/com.docker.driver.amd64-linux/

Let's have a look at it tomorrow. Might be faster now by itself. If not, a workaround would be greatly appreciated by the dev population.
