support svg files in img #182

I noticed that somehow these lines doesn't copy ".svg" files.
Specifically

    fw.copyFilesRecursively(
      config.fileLocations.micrositeImgDirectory.getAbsolutePath,
      s"$targetDir$jekyllDir/img/")

Do we happen to know why and can have a quick fix?
