We will implement a new layout called HomeFeatures and will be displayed as a home section.
So the user can choose between the original home style or the new one, homeFeatures.

This section will be similar to the freestyle features section, in which the user could highlight three main concepts of the library.

Finally the design team decide to add a new layout called FeaturesLayout instead of adding a new section to the HomeLayout
