Since we are using mdoc as the default md compiler we need to change the name of the folder where we are copying the extra markdown files in sbt-microsites, as Jekyll is ignoring the folder where these files are beign copied.
Besides we must add the micrositeExtraMdFilesOutput parameter in the documentation.
