Announcing package:oidc

as the maintainers for this package are currently inactive, and since I have no access to publishing new versions of this package on pub.dev.
the last version of it was published 10 months ago, while the latest commit was 5 months ago.

I decided to create package:oidc as the successor for this package, and it's the most comprehensive oauth/openid connect package to date.

it has proper documentation, proper tests, proper ci, and is fully maintained.
