First off, thank you very much for working on this! My only concern with redirecting users to use this instead of FFKeepUI is the (seemingly) lack of source, and as such, inability to see what's changed compared to the regular ReshadeEffectShaderToggler.
I would be more than happy to contribute a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically build if that's what's stopping it. Granted, I'm not very familiar with ReShade addons, but I'd be willing to help figure out whatever needs to be done!

Hi, the whole GShade stuff caught me a bit off-guard, so this was a rush job using a WIP state of the main project (with everything that's broken or half-finished stripped out) to help stem the tide of GShade users. Complete code will follow once it's camera-ready.
Updated the main project that includes that changes used in this binary: 4lex4nder/ReshadeEffectShaderToggler@4bb9730
I'll leave this Repo as it is since people have been linking to it, but it can be build from source as well now ("next" branch) (well, it includes some more stuff, but yeah)
