Open up the .dmg, double-click or drag the .app into Applications. Open terminal and type
ssh-keygen
And press the Enter key until you get the prompt again, then type
ssh-copy-id -i root@ip_address_to_iDevice
Replace ip_address_to_iDevice with your iDevice's ip address (can be found by click the (i) beside your wifi), it will ask for your password which is "alpine" by default but you should have changed it.
