и самое главное непонятно как в таких случаях посмотреть подробности ошибки, где и какой именно модуль или библиотека не найдена

Ок, я попробую воспроизвести на выходных, но ничего не обещаю... Не помню даже когда последний раз открывал сорцы...

Судя по коммитам пол года назад) Ну ок я буду рад если пофиксишь, если нет то на выходных хотябы попробуй воспроизвести её и дай знать может такое только у меня)
