抱歉，暂无。
不过翻译格式还是比较简单的，你看下源码，应该很容易就可以做一个繁体版本。

PS：最近github更新较大，之前很多针对性的翻译代码失效了，最好是能从写一份。
比如之前基于ajax的翻译功能，但因为github更新为fetch后都失效了。
