Exclude in-person weekly runs from suggested Selfie results

It shouldn't be possible to use the results from an actual 5kmrun event in person when submitting a new selfie run

That's not a bad idea but it's hard to be achieved. We can't deterministically know if a run in Strava was actually part of an official run or not. E.g. consider a runner that was late for the official run and came 10 mins later, hence decided not to checkin. The route and the starting time will be approximately the same but we can't tell if this is an official run or not.
