I'm a noob who read all the files but cannot figure out how to fix it...
Sorry for disturbing.
Windows plat form. I use obsidian to manage my notes.

Hi, apologies for the delayed response.

If you would like to set bookFlatSection: false, you should do this in the yaml frontmatter of the content (.md) itself, rather than the global config.

See this file for an example and this file for documentation on this behavior.
