A Java app for working with HPO and HPO annotation data. HPO Workbench can be used to get an overview of the HPO by navigating through the hierarchy and displaying the term definition etc.

A cross-platform executable Jar file (HPOWorkbench.jar) is recommended for most users. Assuming you have Java 8 or higher installed on your computer, you should be able to start HPOWorkbench by double-clicking on this file. The Jar file should work on Windows, Mac, and linux.

A double click on these files should start the program. The app will remind you to download the HPO hpoOntology file (hp.obo) and the HPO annotations from the edit menu the first time you use HPO Workbench.
