Field with the user who triggered workflow_dispatch workflow

Problem desctiption
If we're using workflow which is triggering by workflow_dispatch event it's impossible to include name of the user who triggered the workflow.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade behaviour of author field or add new field especially for this case.

Alternatives
We are using ${{ github.actor }} now.
