Quickly switch sidebar position

Sometimes I hold my cellphone with my left hand, sometimes with my right hand. If I'm holding it with my left hand and the sidebar is on the left side, it gets a little hard to type. In particular, it gets really tricky to reach the backspace button.

Maybe this could be solved if we had the ability to switch the sidebar position without having to go to the settings

If you have access to the orientation sensor, you could code it like soft buttons. IE turn the device 180 degrees to swap sides?
