There has been a lot of improvement but there are a few animation glitches/delays yet. Swipe up to homescreen sometimes shows the app tray but the apps are greyed out so its a carousel of gray cards which one can't interact with. Sometimes the homescreen animation becomes the same ones as boot. Secondly, when switching to Picture in Picture mode from a video-streaming app (PiP), the homescreen doesn't appear until a few seconds and the screen only shows the wallpaper (without status bar). (Issues on a Pixel 6A with Pixel launcher stock).
