Context-based activation failure embeds

Currently, when a user fails to use the bot properly, reactions are used to give a general idea of what went wrong, for example #️❌ for mismatching the number of alts supplied with the number of attachments.

In addition to the reactions, a self-destructing embed could explain the issue in a sentence or two, giving the user a better understanding of what happened. The reactions can remain as a "permanent" marker of the issue, as the embed will self-destruct as to not clutter chat.
