UrlResolverInterceptor

for intercept the angular2 "UrlResolver" class.

the official document has an example, shows how to extend and register it. and the demo here is just for the same purpose, but by another way.

1. run command npm i to install packages.
2. run command npm run tsc to compile.
3. run command npm run serve to activate the demo site.
