Search Template - Needs improvement with respect to search box and Hermes filter value type #289

Describe the bug
This task is to basically handle the following two issues that currently is missing in Search projects template page.

Option to clear or reset the query text box.
Currently, we are not able to decide what type of value we need to provide for a particular filter in the filters box.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Search Projects page'
Click on 'show Filtering options'
select one filter and enter its value but not known what operator (<,>,=, is) need to use.
No button or option to reset the query search box.
