I am currently developing a merchant app that uses inexpensive low quality 2 megapixel cameras on POS to capture images. C-lightning works well with eclair so until our custom client app is completed we were going to suggest using eclair mobile wallet. There is a problem though, the qr codes the app creates are difficult for low quality cameras to read. This problem is occurring with eclair mobile wallet codes and they clearly "look" different in your app. There is a noticeable difference in how eclair's qr codes display and other apps. I haven't had problems with qr codes.

Hello,

The QR code on Eclair Mobile can be fairly dense if you have channels to several nodes, because the invoice generated by the app will contain a routing hint for each node you have channels to. Is that your case?

Do you have any examples of invoices/QR codes generated by other apps that do not cause issues?

Whenever I create incoming invoices I can never scan the QR codes. When I use blw I can scan the QR code just fine.

Maybe the richness and the way that the app displays the QR codes.
