Edit a rule you made for a site with pencil button
Match entry is now empty.
Close the popup and open it again
Match entry is now filled and you can do your changes
When you're done, finalize the rule with "add rule".

Steps 3 to 5 are actually a workaround.
Would be nice to have this fixed, if it is an easy one.

Tested on Vivaldi 3.3.2022.35 x64
