Sorry, dumb question, but I successfully initiated my first vue extension project, the terminal says "DONE Compiled successfully in 51ms". Now what do I do? No extension appears in the Chrome extensions page, and doing "Load unpacked" from it to the "src" folder says the "manifest file is missing or unreadable".
Got any usage instructions?

Oh, I think I know what the issue was - after the thing prompts "Should we run 'npm install for you?'" I have to do an extra 'npm install' afterwards because they aren't the same? Well, I got it up and now I'm getting a bunch of socket connection errors, but I think I'm making some progress.
