While we try to adjust physics to arbitrary fps, it behaves differently on different frame rates, so it might me a nice idea to lock frame rate to 60 FPS. Maybe optionally

Alternatively, you can use SDL_RENDERER_PRESENTVSYNC flag while creating a renderer.
