Describe the solution you'd like
As an moderator, I would like to warn, mute, kick, softban, and ban a specific user by Id or by mentioning.

Additional context
For the warn and mute command, I would like to have the option to give a time range and a reason for the infraction.
A nice to have option would be to link the message if available.
The softban is intended to be used for deleting the messages in history and unban him afterward.
