Figshare download error on pretrained network

I am getting a 403 error for this network, it looks like the URL changed in May, but maybe it needs to be made public?

Looks like they were updated in a fix for #57

This is an older model from @stnava (stored under his figshare account) and, as far as I can tell, it's not actually used in any functioning code in the repo. We might just want to clean up the repo to reflect that.
