The descriptor doesn't contain any information regarding the framerate of the stream, something that imho is very useful information when demuxing an AV1 TS, since the AV1 bitstream itself also doesn't (always? I couldn't find it in the spec..) advertise a framerate.

The point of the descriptor is for (hardware) decoders to know the profile and level without demuxing.
