Due to issue ARMmbed/greentea#55 it is desired that host test enumeration is explained in the mbed host test README.

HI guys,
I think we need to copy this #32 full descirption under htrun README.md :) I think it should help developers to understand better the way we fetch and process host tests (especially usage of -e command).
