cannot drag .bin file onto DISCO-L475VG board #16

Hi, I am writing to ask how to solve this problem :

I am using DISCO B-L475E-IOT01A (with a radio shield) board, but the .bin file cannot be dragged onto the board. Whenever I do this, the .bin file will disappear immediately.
What is the interface or someting that shows the process of FUOTA (a dark blue cmd line like as shown in your demo video)?
