Many people end up with an mbed 2 project because they pick whatever is in the list of new programs for their target. We should add an empty mbed OS 5 program for all targets which includes mbed-os library, mbed_app.json file, maybe a README and a main.cpp with just a int main() function.

Maybe the mbed new command could just clone the latest mbed-os blinky?

@bridadan I mean in the online compiler. In the new project dropdown.
