Create a forum e.g .discourse to help users implement codemeta.json and CITATION.cff files. Others may benefit from discussion of issues of how to implement (and examples!)

This may somewhat overlap with the Software Citation Implementation Working Group discussions and best practices in software citation.

We can create a category for this over at https://forum.comses.net if no one wants to setup / maintain another discourse instance..
