Report from the slack:

Hi again, I'm trying to install opcuastack-3-dev version 3.8 on ubuntu 18.04. I'm seeing the following error while installation

 opcuastack-3-dev depends on libssl1.0-dev | libssl1.1-dev; however:
  Package libssl1.0-dev is not installed.
  Package libssl1.1-dev is not installed.

libssl1.0-dev is installed, however it is listed as follows in dpkg

$ dpkg -l | grep libssl
ii libssl-dev:amd64 1.1.1-1ubuntu2.1~18.04.5 amd64 Secure Sockets Layer toolkit - development files
ii libssl1.0.0:amd64 1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.3 amd64 Secure Sockets Layer toolkit - shared libraries
ii libssl1.1:amd64 1.1.1-1ubuntu2.1~18.04.5 amd64 Secure Sockets Layer toolkit - shared libraries

This is a bug. The package's name was changed in Ubuntu. It has name libssl-dev, but the stack searches for libssl1.0-dev or libssl1.1-dev.
