Pretty printer sometimes picks the wrong active package

Spoon sometimes resolves packages that have no associated source files, or perhaps it is due to the merge not properly handling when a package is changed.

A temporary fix (until I can narrow down the issue), would be to search for packages that contain other packages or types when trying to find the active package.
