TODO

  • Change edge_type to enable arbitrary values plus NA for non-categorised edges, re-map internally to index values, and re-name the return result according to the original values.
  • Write a "meta" function to analyse a single input network and return overall relative proportions for input categories and either some fixed number of random start/end points, or for specified start/end points.

The "meta" function is a summary fn, dispatched on the object returned by the main function
