Definitely agreed on the exposure layer to modify. Regard 'to add', I think 1 and 2 can be treated as the same thing and that exposure to parks is a 'nice to have'.
Great. I've got some ideas for 2 that should mean it can be potentially different to 1, essentially because the risk of walking in the direction of car traffic should be lower than the risk of crossing over. That's all pretty directly calculable. I've never tried, but could be interesting...
Heads-up @mpadge I think this is almost done, I just added that the vehicle flow layer should be in the same units as the pedestrian flow layer if possible.
