It prepends 'http://' to the URL when copy from URL input bar.

Seems like the trimurl script causes this issue.
For example, if I copy this page url from url bar the result will be http://https://github.com/ATechnocratis/widefox/issues/new

You may consider using an event based method (e.g. http://https://github.com/Aris-t2/CustomJSforFx/blob/master/scripts/tab_label_in_urlbar.uc.js) to update the value of url input to avoid this problem.

I can't reproduce this, can you try this in a new profile?
Also OS information would be helpful.

Edit: You are referring to manually copy or another way?
Edit 2: Could it be language settings related? I tried with RTL text but no luck.
