Original issue: https://task.archilogic.com/issues/4020

Steps: 1. Open for example this model. http://spaces.archilogic.com/3d/Belnea/hkrtqq9p?mode=edit&view-menu=none 2. Go to the Save Tab 3. Floor area = 341.7m2 4. Click the reload arrow. Result: Floor area gets recalculated: 306.1m2 Expected: When opening a saved model, the floor area field should show the correct m2. No need to recalculate first.
