[PE-D] Inappropriate error message for invalid date

For date errors such as "32-01-2019" in which the date "32" is invalid, the error command given is that "Date should be of the format dd-mm-yyyy" which seems inaprropriate since the date format is correct (i.e. follows dd-mm-yyyy) and the error is instead that the date is not within a valid range.
