Bug: App does not respond when all fields in the add command is left blank

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type add a/ c/ D/ d/ into the command box (i.e. leave all the fields empty)
  2. Press enter
  3. There should be no response from the app (the app doesn't hang, there's just no response to the command)
