Provide a description of requested docs changes

To successfully connect and capture images with LabVIEW image interpreter (IMAQdx) basler cameras needs to be using the National Instruments Vision Acquisition Device drivers. This can be configured in either the device manager or using National Instruments own NI MAX software.

If correctly configured drivers, cameras should show up under NI Acquisition Devices in the Device Manager.
