Use cases:

• e2e tests
• Integrate with other tools such block indexer
• Run in browser dapps
• Run in browser extensions

Need to refactor the files to have them on different packages and ensure the API are good.

I see you have e2e tests. And some PoC to run view functions on top of. So it is kind of solved. Scope is not clear.
