No Operator Art

I'm not sure if anyone else brought up this issue but ever since "The Rides to Lake Silberneherze" and Degenbrecher's release, every new operator just doesn't have art on their page. It's been happening for a long while now and it hasn't been fixed unless i'm the only one that's affected.

This PR might fix the issue.

Same issue, changing Internet Service Provider doesn't help. Checked on Android and two Windows laptops. Also dynamic art is not loaded for some operators, e.g.,

The same issue is for recently added operators. Old operators arts were fixed.
