It's not complete, but I've been using it regularly for the past few weeks so I decided to release it anyway.

Yes, your locale code is pt-BR
Running edge-tts --list-voices | grep pt-BR shows pt-BR-AntonioNeural and pt-BR-FranciscaNeural are both options. You would set this in lec.conf.
