In the package manager, when you click the Advanced button, a context menu pops up. There should be an option to add custom repositories, like Add Repository, and when you click on it you can choose the type of the repository: local folder or an online repository (like MyGet).

There should be a way to test if the specified path/link is a repository before adding it.
