What's the Singapore server IP address? 176.103.130.130-131 still going to Russia. #46

I see you have Singapore servers (AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome#223 (comment)).

But if I ping from Singapore, 176.103.130.130-131's response is ~70ms and traceroute goes to Russia. (anycast issue?)

What's your actual Adguard DNS Singapore IP addresses for manual config?
