If a static lease is defined with a specified hostname, I expect that hostname to be honoured when the client is issued the lease.
Actual Behavior
Static lease hostname definitions are being overridden by client-identifier upon that client requesting the lease. While RFC 4361 does talk about client identifiers it does not consider the case here where a static lease is defined.
