Request: DHCP exclusions

Description

Request a way to easily exclude IP address ranges from distribution by the DHCP server.
I currently have to type a fake MAC address for each IP address I want to exclude from distribution. For large ranges, this would take forever. I had to migrate away from AdGuard DHCP and go to Windows DHCP server to accomplish this. I would love to move my DHCP back to AdGuard. Thank you!
