Linux, ARMv7

Installation

Other (please mention in the description)

Setup

On a router, DHCP is handled by the router

AdGuard Home version

v0.107.34

Action

Looks like AdGuardHome is making bad arpa requests, see screen shot. Client is Asus router in the screen shot,

Expected result

Don't expect to see so many bad arpa requests

Hello. What do you mean by “masking”? From the look of it, it seems like there is a device in your network sending these.

Sorry I meant making. That device is my router making all these requests frequently.

@ainar-g this is a request that should be sent over arpa6. Adguardhome is assuming it is a regular arpa request instead of associating it with an ipv6 request. This looks like adguardhome is trying to parse entries typically found in /etc/hosts using arpa, but is failing because it has missidentified ipv6 as ipv4.
