DHCP does NOT provides IPs to Win11 devices.
It DOES provide IPs to non-Win11 devices.
Continually says no existing lease for Win11 device, and then never provides IPs to Win11 devices. These were devices that are already active on the network and are now requesting renewed addresses.
Disconnecting an iphone and reconnecting it to get it to re-request an address works fine.
