Checkbox for subdomain stays inactive after removing *.domain.com

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Exclusions tab is opened
2. Tap on Websites
3. Add any website
4. Tap on added domain
5. Add any subdomain
6. Remove item of this format: *.domain.com
7. Checkbox next to added subdomain is still inactive

Expected Behavior

Checkboxes next to subdomains should become active

Additional Information

If you tap on a subdomain (not checkbox), it is active. The same problem with subdomains of services.
