The rule, which exists in optimized AdGuard Annoyances filter, is not applied https://filters.adtidy.org/ios/filters/14_optimized.txt

It works when added to user filter.

Hopefully this will get fixed in the Adguard iOS app.

But for now, the site is not working for all mobile users with annoyance filter.

I recommend to show the cookie notice for now so the website is functioning correctly.

Once a fix is out, the rule can be added again.
