На странице погоды яндекс появился директ, реклама появляется спустя какое-то время после открытия страницы:
pogoda

Filters list: Русский фильтр актуальный

Operating system: Windows 7

Browser: Chrome

Чисто с разными IP. При этом я вижу как срабатывает правило.
